ThinkTech Advisors® has earned an excellent reputation as a digital service provider (DSP) in North Carolina. To better tell the company’s story and convey its high level of customer satisfaction, the marketing director reached out to The Bloodhound Group for help in developing customer testimonials.
Results: In less than six months, BHG conducted interviews to understand the essence of the ThinkTech Advisors brand, from both an internal and external perspective. We then created three testimonial videos summarizing ThinkTech’s reliability of service, IT planning and culture of teamwork the company brings to every client relationship. The videos are being used in RFPs and for new business outreach. Ultimately, ThinkTech asked The Bloodhound Group to help them create a better website user experience, featuring the videos.
