That was the case for Radcomp, a rapidly expanding, full-service IT support company located in the Columbia River Gorge region of the Pacific Northwest. Radcomp had a well-established brand identity and vision for growth but needed to operationalize its sales and marketing approach. Results: M Sales Growth Advisors developed a comprehensive strategic sales operations playbook, and BHG conducted voice of the customer interviews and developed a brand creative brief as well as print and video testimonials for use in marketing activities and on the Radcomp website.
