M Sales Growth Advisors and The Bloodhound Group joined forces to develop a sales and marketing strategy and brand growth campaign for IT services provider Radcomp. 

Initiatives to take a successful business to the next level often benefit from blending the capabilities of multiple growth specialists. That was the case for Radcomp, a rapidly expanding, full-service IT support company located in the Columbia River Gorge region of the Pacific Northwest. Radcomp had a well-established brand identity and vision for growth but needed to operationalize its sales and marketing approach. The company selected M Sales Growth Advisors, a Cleveland-based consulting firm, to optimize sales processes and The Bloodhound Group to guide marketing initiatives. 

Results: M Sales Growth Advisors developed a comprehensive strategic sales operations playbook, and BHG conducted voice of the customer interviews and developed a brand creative brief as well as print and video testimonials for use in marketing activities and on the Radcomp website.
