North Carolina’s leading workers’ compensation and automobile accident litigation law firm wanted to more effectively communicate with Hispanic audiences. 

The state has a rapidly growing population of Hispanic immigrants from Mexico, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Many of these individuals are undocumented and, because they are unfamiliar with the U.S. justice system, are not always aware they still have rights when they become accident victims, regardless of their citizenship.

The Bloodhound Group conducted months of qualitative research with members of James Scott Farrin’s Hispanic staff as well as current and former Hispanic clients. We then conceived and produced a comprehensive, emotionally engaging television campaign that was launched fourth quarter 2020.

Results: The campaign has been well-received and continues to run on major Hispanic television stations throughout North Carolina.
